Deep Sounds Experiment Presents once again True Deep House/ Deep Tech Compiler/Producer/Dj one of the most humble underground selector: Bio: Tokoloho Cecil Calvin Manyaka (Deadman_Walking) born and raised in Vaal Sebokeng, He First discovered his love for Deep House as early as 2006 listening to shows like hot 99 dance hosted by Oskido at the time. The Dark Aspect of it came through a Duet called Dead Can Dance since then his love for Dark sounds never faded. He Started Collecting music with his Buddy Tumi Mokoena From 2006/7 just for the fun and He never looked back. 8/9 years later the love for House Music just kept growing, So he started doing mixtapes while learning the equipment eventually the nerves were surpassed by the love and he decided to play for people although Ambient, Dark, Dub nd techy sounds are not so ear friendly to most people but he do it anyway coz it's what he believe in, what we stand for and why we do this in the first place. Deep Sounds Experiment Episode 03 Guest Mix By TROY SA Deep Sounds Experiment Presents once again True Deep House/ Deep Tech Compiler/Producer/Dj one of the most humble underground selector : TROY MAFAFO who hails from Do It Now Recordings & DeepStitched. Troy, born a few years after the emergence of house music, he had to find his choice of house that wets his pallet, what he'd consume and feed to others. Troy has been putting work into his craft, from collecting music, working the desks and like a germinating seed, he had to step out into the light and give us a taste of what he's been building all these years. Looking at his release catalog, you'd not believe that he has been involved in the craft for about a decade now. His sound, though a bit more mature than his age, has indeed come of age. To date, he has contributed to releases on labels like Do It Now Recordings, DeepStitched, Limitation Music, Kanzen Records, Global Diplomacy, Abicah Soul recordings and few others under the alias "AudioArQue" (which also doubles as a name on an imprint he founded for his kind of deep). He has also earned his stripes in the dj scene with contributions to sessions like Reminisce Sundays, House Rehab which features notable djs/producers and his brainchild The Deep And The People which he has been patiently building with a little help from friends. He has also bobbed his head at various places in Gauteng, Limpopo and the North West provinces of South Africa. Rounding it all off with a weekly slot on SAUB radio, dishing out the finest, well cut joints.Troy has been fortunate to have some of the well respected figures in house interpret and showcase his music. From having remixes by the likes of Addex, Alvaro Hylander, D.M.P, From P60, Pablo Fierro, Powel and Sacred Souls to making top 10 charts of the likes of Lars Behrenroth and enjoying support from Deep Inspiration Show, Vinny Da Vinci, blogs like The Lost and Found and his co-conspirator 2Lani The Warrior it is evident that he has been well received.
